I'm Omkar Shukla.

I'm a product manager and builder in Pune. I like turning complicated systems into products that feel obvious once they exist.

Over the last decade, I've moved from writing software to shaping B2B SaaS products. My work has included AI-powered enterprise systems, marketing automation, pricing, APIs, and the less glamorous problem of getting complex products successfully into customers' hands.

Outside work, I build tools for myself, read about probability and ancient history, take photographs, and notice systems hiding in ordinary life. Those observations usually become essays here. I've read more than 300 books and, with impressive consistency, bought even more unread ones.

I'm currently looking for my next product role, particularly where B2B SaaS, AI, and platform thinking overlap. If you're building something in that space, I'd like to hear from you.
